Applebee’s is giving fans the chance to go from riddles to riches by participating in their Dollar Zombie Dead Giveaway on Wednesday, October 17. From 12-8 p.m. EST, tune in to Applebee’s Facebook Live and answer spine-chilling riddles at the top of each hour for a chance to win prizes ranging from $100-$500. The monster grand prize of $10,000 will be awarded to the lucky person who answers our final riddle correctly. The Dollar Zombie Dead Giveaway is Applebee’s way of thanking fans for participating in its first crowd-sourced Neighborhood Drink: the DOLLAR ZOMBIE. We’ve spend every year, leading up to Halloween, watching Hocus Pocus.  In our home, this is a must see flick, every year.  So, recently, we sat down to watch, but this time, it’s the anniversary edition.  There’s more on this Blu Ray than just the movie.  There’s Trivia and Treats Edition, there’s Original 1993 Production Featurette, and there’s even a digital copy included. My daughter, age 21, and I, along with my 7 year old, son, and husband, sat down and watched.  The Trivia and Treats Edition is excellent; with all the deleted scenes, fun facts and trivia, and more.  This is the Anniversary Edition, so they had to do something special, and they did.  You really need to go get this Blu Ray.  We will watch Hocus Pocus another 25 times, before Halloween.  It’s my favorite movie, for the season.
