Giftagreen Rad Dad Is The Perfect Gift for the Dad that Plants

Giftagreen has been my go-to for the last few holidays. I love their products, and the packaging says exactly what you need it to. For Father’s Day, they have Rad Dad radishes that can be planted. These were so much fun for my dad and son to plant together. I love that on the back, you can even address it to Dad, or Pap, with the post card outline. (Take a look at the link to see what I mean). There are a lot of plants to choose from, including flowers, herbs, etc. Take a look at Giftagreen, and even get your own plants there. You can start them in the house, as we did. Then you can put them in the ground, when the weather changes, which is what we did. For Mother’s Day, we gave my mother-in-law the Happy Mother’s Day gift set, and she was so thrilled. They plant a garden every year, and she also has a bucket that she plants stuff in on her porch. She was so happy to be able to add some plants to the bucket, from us. I love giftagreen and will use it as long as they’re around. This makes…

Sprout Plants with Pencils
2022 Holiday Gift Guide / October 31, 2022

I have loved Sprout for a while now.  Sprout is a pencil that has seeds, for you, to plant.  I love this product.  Instead of throwing away your used pencil, you plant it, and get beautiful flowers, herbs, or even trees.  This time around, we got Spruce trees.  I know they will make beautiful trees, in the future.  For now, they are pencils, and my son uses the pencils for school.  I also received a yellow pencil that is Daisy flowers.  I’ll be planting it in the spring. Jacob, my 11-year-old, loves using Sprout.  He likes that he can plant it, as well.  My daughter, age 25, loves that she can take them to school, and let her kids try something green.  She’s a teacher at a great school, and the kids love this concept.  She has already taken a few, and planted 1, to my knowledge. Sprout has now started making make up liners too.  These are amazing and give you the perfect look every time.  Amazing colors with a beautiful look, when done.  Again, you’ll be able to plant the seeds, in the tip, when you have used the makeup pencil to the end.  Two uses out of…

Sprout would make a great Christmas Gift!
2016 Holiday Gift Guide / September 27, 2016

I recently came across the product “Sprout”, and I love it.  My step-daughter is so pleased with the outcome of this product.  She loves that she can grow her own herbs, and veggies, with just a Pencil, or Ruler. Our Sprout came in Pencil style.  There were 3 in the Herb pack, 3 in the Veggie pack, and 3 in the Pizza pack.  This has been great fun, planting with my kids.  We live in Pennsylvania, so we got planters and a direct light for the plants.  This way, they will live in the house, and not outside, where they will die off. Sprout is a pencil that you can use, then plant, but to be honest, it was so amazing, that Sarah just planted them.  She loves the concept, and she is a 2 year College student.  Even my 5 year old, Jacob, loves this product.  He leaves them alone, but he does help Sarah water them. You can get one larger planter, or get several small planters, to plant your pencils.  We did small planters, but as you can see above, Sprout did a big planter.  Either way would work. Sprout is very well priced, at just $7.50…
