I received The Unofficial Hogwarts Cocktail Book the other day, and I have to say, these recipes are delightful.  My 25-year-old, daughter, is thrilled with this book.  She loves Harry Potter, and though the book is “Unofficial”, she is absolutely delighted to have been able to try these recipes.

What better way to celebrate your love of Hogwarts and its host of beloved characters than by bringing out your potions cauldron (or cocktail shaker) and mixing up a host of spectacular cocktails? Raise a toast in true wizarding world style with cocktails including:

• 8 Cups Sparkling Wine
• 1 1/2 cups Pomegranate Juice
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 2 Oranges sliced thinly
• 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
• fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
