Extended Stay America is an amazing place to stay, when you are in need of a hotel, on the go. We recently stayed at an Extended Stay America for my son’s 5th birthday. He loved it. We took lots of pictures, and went lots of places.
There is a full size refrigerator in every room, and there’s a stove top, with pots/pans, silverware, cups, etc. Everything you need to make a few day stay memorable.
The bedroom is superior. We loved the size of the beds, and that there were extra pillows on each bed.
While there was a wonderful size kitchen, there were also a lot of restaurants and shopping places near by. I went for my first trip to a Home Goods Store, and left spending over $100. It was all good though. I loved it. Primanti Bros. was right outside our window, we were in walking distance, and ate there before heading home our last day.
The Grab N Go Breakfast was the bomb, at Extended Stay America. The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast was too.
There are Extended Stay America Hotels all over the country, including Virginia Beach, which is our next destination to visit. We will definitely be staying at Extended Stay America again. This was the best time of my life.
You can find special locations with more amenities than others, but we need the bare minimum. We aren’t luxurious, we are plain. But, if you like all the fancy stuff, you can stay at a location with it all.
I also, don’t want to forget, to mention the Hotel Staff. Everyone was friendly, and so willing to help when we needed anything. They called to wake us up, it was nice having a friendly wake up call. They made sure the room was neat and tidy everyday. And, I even bothered them during non business hours, and they were still glad to help.
My opinion of Extended Stay America is that you have to stay at one soon. The atmosphere is definitely a positive one.

Extended Stay America is a fabulous hotel, with complimentary Grab N Go Breakfast, Wi Fi, Kitchen in Room, On site Laundry Center, Fitness Centers (at select locations), etc. They are so great. We have been staying here for 2 days now, and I can’t tell you how wonderful of a time we are having. The Monroeville Pennsylvania location is in the heart of Monroeville. Right off of William Penn Highway, and right where there are a ton of things to do. There is a mall not even a mile from us. Chuck E Cheese is .8 miles away, and Jacob, our son is so excited about that.
For Summer Vacation, there are a 629 hotels in various states. Make sure you look up Extended Stay America, where you are going for vacation. The rates are great, and the staff are so pleasant. You will love Extended Stay America as much as I do, I’m sure of it.
There are pots, pans, dishes, bowls, silverware, all in the kitchen area, along with filtered water. This is so great, I have been drinking a lot of water lately, and they have made it easily accessible for me. Even Jacob has been drinking a lot of water. There’s a wonderful table and chairs, as well, in every room. I’m using the table as a work station right now. It’s perfect. I couldn’t be writing this post without this wonderful table.
We are going to go to dinner tonight at Primanti Bros. Restaurant, known in Pennsylvania, well. I can’t wait to walk next door, it’s so convenient. Yes, I said walk. It’s not far from the hotel.
You can also make some great recipes, in your room’s kitchen, with the awayfromhomecooking.com cookbook, that is featuring recipes from Sunny Anderson of the Food Network. We will be purchasing some ingredients and making some meals, in the room, while we are here. It will save us from driving anywhere. And, we can enjoy each other’s company easier and better, if we eat in the room.
