My 7 year old, son, loves Duck On A Disco Ball.  We have read it every night, for the last week.  He’s been home sick, from school, and this gave us something to read.  Who would’ve imagined he’d get an illness and be home for 4 days.  I’ve read it to him numerous times, and he’s gone to sleep while I’ve read it.  He’s also read, and followed along, as well.  He’s a very smart boy, but the way this book is written, is superb.

Every night it’s the same old story.  A boy wants to stay up late, and his parents won’t let him.  But sometimes in the morning, he notices things look  a little off – like when he wees a disco ball in the kitchen . . . with his toy duck on it.  So one night he diecides to stay up.  And that’s when the fun really begins.

Silliness builds with each page of this high-energy, pun-filled companion to Duck in the Fridge until the moment when sleep eventually takes hold and morning arrives once more.
