The Small Batch Baking cookbook is wonderful.  If you are only cooking for 1, or 2, it’s perfect for you.

My daughter is thinking of moving out, she’s almost 20, so I’ve let her claim possession of the cookbook.  She and her boyfriend will really need it, and since it’s just the two of them, it’s perfect.  Portion control will be easy to deal with, since it’s for 1, or 2, cooking.

This Small Batch Baking book is so satisfying.  Sarah has already made her boyfriend several treats out of it, and she is really doing a good job.  We get to taste test, to make sure it’s worthy of giving to Josh.  It always is.

I, myself, love Key Lime, and what better to have than Key Lime Coconut Macaroons?  This recipe is so easy to make, and so delicious.  Sarah made them, and they didn’t make it to Josh.

If you don’t have much storage space, like us, these recipes are perfect.  We have no room to store them, so small batch baking is perfect for us.  I’ve made a few recipes, including:  Blueberry Cheesecake Bars, and Two Tone Dream Bars.  This book is full of great recipes, and even though it says Small Batch Baking, it serves the 5 of us.  This is the best book I’ve come across, lately.
