I received The Unofficial Hogwarts Cocktail Book the other day, and I have to say, these recipes are delightful.  My 25-year-old, daughter, is thrilled with this book.  She loves Harry Potter, and though the book is “Unofficial”, she is absolutely delighted to have been able to try these recipes.

• 1 1/2 cups Pomegranate Juice
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 2 Oranges sliced thinly
• 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
• fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
