I love Steeped Coffee!  It’s absolutely amazing.  It’s the perfect brew with the perfect taste.  I have a single cup coffee maker, and I let the hot water come out, and add the coffee bag.  Steep for 2 minutes, and it’s so refreshing!  I live for this coffee.  I didn’t know it was so amazing, until I tried it.  You’ll feel the same way, I’m sure. Steeped Coffee comes in so many varieties.  My favorite is the Sunrise Blend.  I get up at 3:30 am.  This blend makes my day fantastic.  I actually enjoy going to work, the mornings I have this blend.  It’s so great to feel this good. The perfect way to start your day right, Sunrise Blend beautifully balances the subtle complexity of cocoa with hints of fruit peeking through. This washed coffee from the Huila region of Columbia is a mix of Castillo and Caturra varieties, pulling together these delicate layers of dark and light. My wife’s favorite blend is the California Blend, it’s a little darker and she says it helps her want to do those mommy things. I received The Unofficial Hogwarts Cocktail Book the other day, and I have to say, these recipes are delightful.  My 25-year-old, daughter, is thrilled with this book.  She loves Harry Potter, and though the book is “Unofficial”, she is absolutely delighted to have been able to try these recipes.
