Sea Moss Gel by The Transformation Factory is so fabulous. There are so many uses, and we’ve used it for several things including: acne, beard gel, and as a thyroid ailment. I have thyroid problems, and I’ve been using Sea Moss Gel as a Smoothie to help. It’s working wonders. The son-in-law likes to use it for his beard. He uses it frequently, for the shine. My daughter had sun burn this summer and she put it on that as well, and it made the pain at ease. I use it as an Immune Health product as well. And the hubby uses it for the Anti-Inflammatory use.
There are truly so many uses for Sea Moss Gel, and the best products I have found have been from The Transformation Factory. The products are not that expensive. I find they work wonders for all of the above ailments and more. You don’t know what you are missing, if you have not tried it yet. I love Sea Moss Gel, and will use it as long as it’s manufactured by The Transformation Factory.
I love that when you drink it, as a smoothie, it’s got the weight loss aid. I’ve lost about 10 pounds, since starting to drink Sea Moss Gel. I will buy it for weight loss, as well as, thyroid aid, and Immune Health aid.
This product has helped with so many aspects of our every day life, I almost can’t believe it. Since it’s happening here, though, I know how true it is.
The Strawberry Banana is my all time favorite. The mango is also delicious. I really just love the flavor they have. Each is real fruit. If you haven’t tried it, you are really missing out.

AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety research shows alarming trend
More people are now killed on the nation’s city streets than on rural roads and speeding is one of the most critical factors. Between 2010 and 2019, fatalities in urban areas surged 34% while those in rural areas fell 10%. Urban fatalities first surpassed those in rural areas in 2016, and 19,595 people were killed in urban locations compared to 16,340 in the countryside in 2019.
“Urban streets in metropolitan areas can be more dangerous because there are higher numbers of motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists traveling those roadways,” said Theresa Podguski, director of legislative affairs, AAA East Central. “Speeding makes those busy streets even more treacherous, so everyone needs to be careful, pay attention to road conditions and follow traffic laws.”
According to Federal Highway Administration statistics, more than 70% of the four million miles of public-access roads in the United States are rural. Yet while speeding occurs on all roads, urban roads and streets account for a disproportionate number of speeding-related fatalities. The AAA Foundation study examines characteristics of deaths that happened on urban non-limited access roadways (not freeways, expressways, or interstates) from 2010 to 2019. Details of the Foundation research can be found here, but key highlights include:
According to new National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates, 9,560 people died in motor-vehicle traffic crashes in the first quarter of 2022, a 7% increase compared to last year. It is the highest number of first-quarter fatalities since 2002. NHTSA reports 42,915 people died in traffic crashes last year, with speed-related crash fatalities rising by 5%. This research provides insights when it comes to the development of solutions to address the persistent speeding problem. It is important to understand the characteristics of the roadways, the motorists and the crashes.
AAA urges transportation engineers and decision-makers to consider speed management and prioritize safety when setting speed limits. This is critical for urban roads and streets where vehicles and vulnerable road users mix. AAA strongly supports adopting The Safe System Approach (SSA) to roadway safety. The SSA uses current effective countermeasures to create multiple layers of protection for transportation network users, rather than simply responding only after evidence of a specific safety problem.
The Foundation used data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS), a national census of fatal traffic crashes. Fatalities were considered speeding-related if any vehicle involved in the crash was reported to have exceeded the posted speed limit, drove too fast for conditions, or was racing.
AAA East Central is a not-for-profit association with 71 local offices in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia serving 2.7 million members. News releases are available at news.eastcentral.aaa.com. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

Princeton, NJ, September 7, 2022 — Surviving sexual assault, attempted suicide and an arranged marriage is one thing. Processing all of that pain and living a full life proved to be something entirely different for speaker and author Poonam Bhuchar.
“In the shadows of emotional pain, survival can take priority over healing,” Bhuchar said. “Lasting reverberations of traumatic experiences can cripple decision-making skills, creep into relationships and leave scars on the people you love.”
Eventually, Bhuchar’s emotional trauma also took a physical toll. She suffered two strokes and temporary paralysis before beginning her long journey toward authentic healing.
Today, she shares her powerful story through speaking engagements and her book, SAFE From the Pain: Out of the Darkness Into a Life That’s Free, Happy, and Good.
Part memoir, part self-help revelation, SAFE From the Pain pairs Bhuchar’s inspiring story with the SAFE Method, which aims to help readers process emotional pain in healthy, productive ways so they can lead more fulfilling personal and professional lives.
In SAFE From the Pain, readers will learn:
– The four-step SAFE Method for working through emotions and regaining control.
– The impact that stress from emotional pain has on every aspect of life — including the workplace.
– How to overcome a victim mindset and accept responsibility — because ownership leads to action.
– Three types of forgiveness for freedom from society’s expectations, cultural beliefs and self-judgment.
– Why embracing one’s journey is essential to happiness, a bigger life purpose and alignment with one’s true self.
“Peace and empowerment after trauma are possible when you embrace your pain as part of your story,” Bhuchar said. “You can’t move forward if you live in the past.”
