How One Woman with Down Syndrome is Spreading Joy One Creative Card at a Time   When was the last time you received a card in the mail that warmed your heart? A portion of your purchase covers the adoption fees of a child with special needs.   For birthdays, thank yous, congrats, well wishes and holidays, these one-of-a-kind cards were the starting creation of Laura, a 41-year-old artist with Down syndrome.
