I’m so excited that Peter Pan is coming to Blu-ray for it’s anniversary. There’s never before seen bonuses, as well.

When I first gave Stomp Rocket to Jacob, he went crazy. He said “Mommy, is this for me?” Well, he pulled it out of the box, and immediately figured out how it went, and stomped on it. That little plane went flying. It was so adorable, to watch him have so much fun. I’m not an outdoorsy kind of person, so this was all new to me. Even my mom was amazed at how much fun Jacob was having.
Stomp Rocket is worth every penny, because it kept my child happy for the hours we spent outside, on his birthday. Now he goes out and plays with it, while daddy watches him. I told you, I’m not an outdoorsy person. Hours of fun every time, that’s what we need. Jacob loves his electronics, so if I can keep him off of them for a while, that’s all that matters to me. With school coming to an end, we need more outside time.
Joe says Jacob still has a blast with Stomp Rocket, and he’s had it since May 20, of this year. That says a lot for a 7 year old. He likes to keep his mind busy, but this is something he loves as well.

Star Posters are the IT thing!

I love my Star Poster, that I received last week. It’s so amazing, and it tells a story! It’s our story, the day we met, and things changed. Then came the little one, several years later.
Custom Star Map is amazing! By far, my favorite product I’ve received this year. You can get them with any saying on them. I got “the story of us”, I am going to get “Our Miracle”, because Jacob, my 7 year old, is truly a miracle, that came after 2 loses.
Custom Star Map can be the day you met, the day you wed, the day baby was born, etc. You put the sky to the limit.
Guys, want to impress your girl? Get her this poster made, with the date you got together. She will be surprised you remembered. Ours was easy, it was the weekend of Memorial day, and it was a Saturday. All we had to do was look back to 2004, and see what that Saturday was. Can you remember when you met your special someone?
You can pick different styles, you don’t have to get it, just like the one above. There’s different fonts, there’s different colors to make the post. I can’t wait to frame mine. Working on that now, but I just got it a week ago, and I’m slacking. It’s going directly above our bed. To remember, even when we argue, when we started this love thing.

Good Cook has Summer Fun for Us All!

Good Cook has some great Summer Fun fruit items for us all. We love the items from Profreshionals. These items are grand, and make having a cookout, so much fun. I love the melon slicer. I’ve never been able to cut a melon, always afraid of cutting myself. No more of that. Now with this, easy to use Jumbo Fruit Slicer, I get it right every time, and no cuts.
Specialty wedger for large fruit instantly cuts watermelons, pineapples and cantaloupes into perfect slices with one quick press. Sharp, serrated stainless steel blades make cutting easy and safe. Soft grip, non-slip handles make it easy to control with better leverage. Ideal for parties when you need lots of slices.
I also love the Pineapple slicer/corer. This thing is so neat. It slices the pineapple and cores it, while you twist. My husband does all the hard work, of pushing and twisting, but I know I could do it, if I tried. Now you can have fresh cut Pineapple anytime. Don’t buy the canned stuff anymore.
Our Pineapple Slicer Cores, peels and slices pineapples quickly. Perfect rings every time. And, it’s dishwasher safe.
My favorite item, however, is one that is unique. It’s Prep & Freeze Ice Cube Trays. I put fruit, and water in mine, and freeze. So, I can add it to whatever beverage I prefer, to get a great fruit taste. This tray is awesome. You will love it, and I know I’m going to get a couple more. I have a deep freezer, so this is perfect for when I need to prep for a party.
There’s so many more uses for it than just for Fruit & water though. Check out the list of ideas:
- Freeze cold brew for iced coffee.
- Freeze olive oil or butter, garlic and herbs for flavor cubes.
- Freeze baby food for kid-sized servings.
- Serve leftover sauces in easy to reheat 2-ounce cubes.
- Add berries to infuse your cubes with natural color and flavor.
