Alex & Me is a great film. It showed my 7 year old he could overcome a lot. He really enjoyed watching it, as did my daughter. This film is so fascinating. We loved watching it, as a family. Even the man of the house got into watching it.
Teenager Reagan Willis has one dream – to play soccer like her hero, Alex Morgan. Her bedroom is a shrine to all things Alex, including a life-size poster of the Olympic gold medalist. Yet in the Willis house, Reagan lives in the shadow of her prep football superstar brother, Logan. When Reagan fails to make the cut of the premiere local soccer club team and is humiliated by her rival Claire, she’s certain her ship has sailed. But after accidentally hitting her head, Reagan’s poster of Alex Morgan suddenly comes to life and everything changes.

I love Thirty-One. Their bags are perfect. We are going on an overnight stay, and the In The Clear Tote is the perfect size for mine and my spouse’s clothes. It’s so big, and spacious. I could probably even fit my 7 year old’s clothes in it. There’s even a hidden pocket, in the tote, to keep my pills in. This is great!This bag, is by far, the best bag I’ve received. I love Thirty-One, and can’t stress that enough. In The Clear Tote is going to be the bag of the week. When I take it with me, to the waterpark, everyone will envy it. I’ll love telling them where to get their bag at.
I also received The Getaway Tote. My sister is flying to Myrtle Beach, and this is her bag, for the plane. It’s the perfect size, to get on flight, and she will be able to put all the necessities in it. I love this bag, as well. However, she asked me to use it, so how could I say no? The size is 14.75″H x 13.75″L x 6″D, which will be great to put her phone, ipad, etc. in.
I also received the Pinch Top Eyeglass Case, which will keep my sunglasses protected from getting scratched. It even matches my In The Clear Tote. Isn’t that sweet? I wear big, funky glasses, and they fit in this wonderful case. There’s even a zipper on it, to keep your identification, credit cards, etc. This really is the top of the line Sunglass/Eyeglass case.
The Crossbody Organizing Tote is wonderful, too. It’s going in the backseat, with Jacob, Grandma, and myself. That way I have snacks, drinks, and games at my fingertips. It’s a 4 hour drive, to where we are going, so this is the perfect bag for the backseat. Very spacious, but won’t take up much room, in the backseat.
There are different styles for these bags, but the features are all the same. And, any of them will do for you, what they are going to do for me. My husband calls me a bag lady. I never turn down a great bag, and Thirty-One has never disappointed me, when it comes to a great bag.

I’m in love with this Patriotic Pillow Pet. My mother in law’s birthday is July 4, and she said she’s getting one of these. I would’ve given her mine, but my 7 year old took it. It’s so festive. Peace Frogs Shirts are so Comfortable

I kid you not, I wear mine, wash it, and wear it again. My mother in law says she’s sick of seeing my Peace Frogs Shirt, only because I wear it so much. It’s so comfortable, and fits so perfectly. I wish I’d have heard of Peace Frogs sooner, they’d have been out of stock. I love this shirt. Purple is my favorite color, so that may be why, but the frog on it, in retro colors, is awesome too. There’s nothing to not like about this shirt.
My husband received one too. He wears his a lot, but not as much as me. I don’t think anyone could wear a shirt as much as I wear my Peace Frogs shirt. I love that they have shirts for causes, and even dog shirts.
These shirts are so soft, it’s like you aren’t wearing anything. However, they are thick enough to absorb your sweat on hot summer days. They are super comfy, and when washed, didn’t fade.

Ducktales is one of my husband’s favorite cartoons, so it’s no surprise that my 7 year old loves it too. They sat down together, and watched Ducktales Destination Adventure. I don’t know who was more into it, my 7 year old, or 40 something year old. It was cute, and I love Huey, Dewey, and Louie, who doesn’t?

My almost 21 year old, sat down with her little brother, and dad, and watched it as well. She was laughing, having a good time. I’m so glad that this cartoon brought my family together, for some good times.

Keystone Meats are Delicious!

I cooked Spaghetti the other day, and my husband will only eat it, if it has ground beef in it. Well, I hadn’t thawed any out, but I remembered I had Keystone Meats Ground Beef, so I used it. And, from using it I can tell you that you can’t even tell it’s from a can. Tastes just like the ground beef you get in the butcher shop.
I didn’t even tell Joe that it was canned ground beef, and he never said a word. Didn’t taste any different so why would he say anything. I have one more can, and I plan on making sloppy joes with it. I have this great recipe for sloppy joes, but it’s not my recipe, it’s our local school’s recipe. But, I did want to show you a picture of how good this ground beef looks, too bad you can taste through a picture.

When I first gave Stomp Rocket to Jacob, he went crazy. He said “Mommy, is this for me?” Well, he pulled it out of the box, and immediately figured out how it went, and stomped on it. That little plane went flying. It was so adorable, to watch him have so much fun. I’m not an outdoorsy kind of person, so this was all new to me. Even my mom was amazed at how much fun Jacob was having.
