150 Best Toaster Oven Recipes ~ You need this book

I love the 150 Best Toaster Oven Recipes cookbook, by Linda Stephen.  It’s got so many great recipes for my Toaster Oven.  I love trying new recipes, so this book has really brought some new recipes to light.  This book is brand new, just coming out.  And, already my family loves it. I made Oatmean Cinnamon French Toast in the Toaster oven the other day.  It was so delicious, and crispy.  My 7 year old loved it.  My next thing to try is the Meatloaf.  Yes, a meatloaf, in a toaster oven.  I can’t wait to make more and more.  Less clean up, because not so many pots and pans. Cave Tools is a great company, that I love working with.  Their products are the best. My family recently received the Beer Can Chicken Roasting Rack to review.  It makes the chicken amazingly moist.  Not dry at all.  The chicken even turned nice and crisp on the outside, while still super moist on the inside.  Normally when we make whole chickens, they get dry.  Not with the Beer Can Rack.  We did make it in the oven, not the grill, but it turned out delicious.  My mouth is watering just thinking about how great it was. There are spikes, on 2 sides, so that you can make corn on the cob, or baked potatoes.  We, however, have 5 in our family, so we didn’t use the spikes.  They would be great, if you had 4, or less, in your family.  The spikes aren’t sharp, so you don’t have to worry about hurting yourself, but as long as you know they are there, you can be careful around them.
