Kohl’s is a great place to shop for gifts for kids.  I was able to score my son a Dr. Seuss book, and a stuffed animal Moose inexpensively.  He loves the moose, he takes it everywhere.  So soft, and cuddly.  The book, he’s only 5, and learning how to read, but he’s doing a good job of practicing on Thidwick The Big Hearted Moose.  This Dr. Seuss book is great, and I can’t wait to share it with his sister.  She will be able to read it to him, as she is a college student.

This book, along with the others, listed above, are a part of the Kohl’s Cares initiative.  Kohl’s is offering children’s books from renowned author/illustrator Dr. Seuss and toys priced at just $5 each, with 100 percent of net profit benefiting children’s initiatives nationwide.

Thidwick The Big Hearted Moose has become my favorite Dr. Seuss book, since receiving it.  We read it every night, and Jacob just loves it.  The Moose, stuffed animal, is just an added bonus.
