Alex & Me Alex & Me is a great film.  It showed my 7 year old he could overcome a lot.  He really enjoyed watching it, as did my daughter.  This film is so fascinating.  We loved watching it, as a family.  Even the man of the house got into watching it. Teenager Reagan Willis has one dream – to play soccer like her hero, Alex Morgan.  Her bedroom is a shrine to all things Alex, including a life-size poster of the Olympic gold medalist.  Yet in the Willis house, Reagan lives in the shadow of her prep football superstar brother, Logan.  When Reagan fails to make the cut of the premiere local soccer club team and is humiliated by her rival Claire, she’s certain her ship has sailed.  But after accidentally hitting her head, Reagan’s poster of Alex Morgan suddenly comes to life and everything changes.   You will be touched by this film, and your child will realize that dreams can come true. I love Thirty-One.  Their bags are perfect.  We are going on an overnight stay, and the In The Clear Tote is the perfect size for mine and my spouse’s clothes.  It’s so big, and spacious.  I could probably even fit my 7 year old’s clothes in it.  There’s even a hidden pocket, in the tote, to keep my pills in.  This is great!This bag, is by far, the best bag I’ve received.  I love Thirty-One, and can’t stress that enough.  In The Clear Tote is going to be the bag of the week.  When I take it with me, to the waterpark, everyone will envy it.  I’ll love telling them where to get their bag at. I also received The Getaway Tote.  My sister is flying to Myrtle Beach, and this is her bag, for the plane.  It’s the perfect size, to get on flight, and she will be able to put all the necessities in it.  I love this bag, as well.  However, she asked me to use it, so how could I say no?  The size is 14.75″H x 13.75″L x 6″D, which will be great to put her phone, ipad, etc. in. I’m in love with this Patriotic Pillow Pet.  My mother in law’s birthday is July 4, and she said she’s getting one of these.  I would’ve given her mine, but my 7 year old took it.  It’s so festive.  I love the stars on it’s back side, then you open it, and poof a field of stars.  My son sleeps with it every night.  Jacob loves that he can use it as a pillow, or have it as a stuffy. If you know someone who has a birthday on, or around July 4th, this is the perfect gift.  They will remember their birthday all year, with this little festive guy.  I shouldn’t say little, because he’s a great size. I kid you not, I wear mine, wash it, and wear it again.  My mother in law says she’s sick of seeing my Peace Frogs Shirt, only because I wear it so much.  It’s so comfortable, and fits so perfectly.  I wish I’d have heard of Peace Frogs sooner, they’d have been out of stock.  I love this shirt.  Purple is my favorite color, so that may be why, but the frog on it, in retro colors, is awesome too.  There’s nothing to not like about this shirt. My husband received one too.  He wears his a lot, but not as much as me.  I don’t think anyone could wear a shirt as much as I wear my Peace Frogs shirt.  I love that they have shirts for causes, and even dog shirts. These shirts are so soft, it’s like you aren’t wearing anything.  However, they are thick enough to absorb your sweat on hot summer days.  They are super comfy, and when washed, didn’t fade. Ducktales is one of my husband’s favorite cartoons, so it’s no surprise that my 7 year old loves it too.  They sat down together, and watched Ducktales Destination Adventure.  I don’t know who was more into it, my 7 year old, or 40 something year old.  It was cute, and I love Huey, Dewey, and Louie, who doesn’t? I love Pictures On Gold.  I’ve used them, for gifts, twice now.  I get a beautiful picture of my two kids, and put it on something memorable for my mother.  She loves it every time.  The dog tags I got her are super cool.  She wears them with pride, because they are her grandkids. My kids think it’s cool, how their pictures is on there, so perfectly.  It looks just like the picture on my phone.  You couldn’t have a more exact replica.  This will have cherished memories for a long time. I cooked Spaghetti the other day, and my husband will only eat it, if it has ground beef in it.  Well, I hadn’t thawed any out, but I remembered I had Keystone Meats Ground Beef, so I used it.  And, from using it I can tell you that you can’t even tell it’s from a can.  Tastes just like the ground beef you get in the butcher shop. I’m so excited that Peter Pan is coming to Blu-ray for it’s anniversary.  There’s never before seen bonuses, as well.   My 7 year old, son, loves Peter Pan, and now it’s remastered, and with the digital copy, I can put it on his net book.  This is so great.  He can watch Peter Pan over and over.  My daughter, age 20, loves Peter Pan as well, so with Jacob getting the digital, she’ll end up with the Blu-ray!  Which is fine, I just need the DVD.  We spread the love in our home.   Disney’s Peter Pan is celebrating 65 years, of being a fan favorite.  That’s a long time.  And my favorite ride at Disney World happens to be the Peter Pan ride.  I love how it feels like you are flying! Stomp Rocket When I first gave Stomp Rocket to Jacob, he went crazy.  He said “Mommy, is this for me?”  Well, he pulled it out of the box, and immediately figured out how it went, and stomped on it.  That little plane went flying.  It was so adorable, to watch him have so much fun.  I’m not an outdoorsy kind of person, so this was all new to me.  Even my mom was amazed at how much fun Jacob was having. Stomp Rocket is worth every penny, because it kept my child happy for the hours we spent outside, on his birthday.  Now he goes out and plays with it, while daddy watches him.  I told you, I’m not an outdoorsy person.  Hours of fun every time, that’s what we need.  Jacob loves his electronics, so if I can keep him off of them for a while, that’s all that matters to me.  With school coming to an end, we need more outside time.
